The CFIA lab gets a makeover!

In 2026, the Labo returns with a redesigned, interactive format. On the programme: training courses and demonstrations of detection technologies, as well as masterclasses with pitches and presentations to decipher the major trends in the food industry.

 

Because innovation can also be experienced in a playful way, the CFIA Labo will be offering a collaborative escape game, interactive quizzes and an engagement wall where visitors will be able to express themselves. A unique space for experimenting, learning and experiencing the food industry of tomorrow.
